The headstall(Working Horse Sliding One Ear) is EXACTLY as depicted in the picture. It is perfect for my growing mare and I couldn't ask for a better fit.
The throat latch just has a few holes, but plenty of room to add more, which is what I had to do; not a big deal.
I sent an email with questions and received a phone call back so all my questions were not only answered but they also ensured that I was happy with the headstall.
The only thing that dissapointed me a bit was the packaging as I was hoping for a catalog or paperwork inside of the box so I could chck out other items from this company.
Regardless, I am VERY happy with this headstall and their customer service.

The picture doesn't do this headstall justice. I purchased one a few months ago and it's beautiful! Very thick, made with quality leather. It was quite stiff when it first arrived, but after being conditioned and used a few times it broke in very well. Made of quality materials, almost impossible to find this type of headstall anywhere else! Jesselyn G.
I recently purchased a pioneer forecart, draft harness and collar from Working Horse Tack. The customer service was excellent, and when I ordered the wrong size collar it was replaced promptly at no extra charge and no hassle. All merchandise was in excellent condition and as advertised. I will go to Working Horse Tack for all of my future Draft needs.
